What are parents saying about Yardley Tutors...

Both of my children attended Yardley Tutor’s enrichment classes over the summer. I saw an improvement in my 6 year old immediately and my 4 year old was able to identify challenging letters and sounds within a couple weeks. As a parent you rely on the schools to provide you guidance in a class setting. However, having a tutor available to also teach me as a parent what words/items to work on one-on-one with my children was great experience & enjoyable for my children as they viewed Mommy teaching them versus following written homework from school. We played a lot of reading & interaction games sent home after each Yardley Tutor lesson, making the children’s learning experience fun for the whole family.

My child is reading at the top of his class because of Risha. She made everything click for him and his confidence has greatly improved. My son is reading above his grade level and it's all thanks to all the love and support from Risha.

Risha Neil worked with my son for over a year. We started tutoring because I had concerns about his learning ability due to his ADHD and sensory issues.  Risha made each session interesting. Her hands on approach to learning appealed to my son's sensory issues. This kept his interest high and he was reading sight words in no time.  She also helped develop his fine motor skills through various writing activities. Risha used a variety of fun and engaging materials, which were sent home for reinforcement. My son really looked forward to the end of each session when challenging educational games were played. She always ended the session on a high note. I am very grateful for her services.

I personally want to let you know I really appreciate Risha Neil, as a tutor for my daughter.  We were working on a science project for school making crystals and she asked me to pour salt into a pan so I asked her a bunch of blends and she drew them for me!!  By herself, she divided the salt into four sections and wrote all the ‘k’ sounds. She’s reading a book (she picked out at B&N) called Tweenie Genie, and not giving me any trouble when I ask her to read a chapter.
Just wanted to share my motherly moments…
